Hotel przepiekny, pokoje i upgrade super, ladne polozenie, czysto, super basen i smaczne jedzenie. Dodatkowe atrakcje jak kort tenisowy czy piękne SPA. Najwiekszy minus i w sumie jedyna i główna niedogodnosc to obsluga. Zaczynajac od recepcji po serwis kelnerski. Obsluga na poziomie hotelu 1*. Check in opozniony o ponad godzine od standardowego poczatku doby hotelowej, recepcjonisci klamia i kazdy przekazuje inne informacje w dodatku sa malo sympatyczni i nie reaguja na prosby klientow, popelniaja sposo bledow jak na pobyt kilku dni, odsylaja w inne miejsca, nie wykazuja checi pomocy. Kelnerzy nie podchodza do stolikow , trzeba ich szukac w czasie posilkow, myla zamowienia notorycznie. Serwis w barze przy plazy nie uprzejmy, myla zamowienia, pracują z mala motywacja a na pewno z duza nie checia, ktora przelewaja zachowaniem na konsumentow. Serwis sprzatajacy bardzo dobry!!.

Don’t expect late checkouts or fast service

Room was nice. I like the separation of the dressing room with the rest. Fantastic sea view. I will suggest adding more operators on the phone as it takes forever to reach one. Also, service a bit slow. Don’t expect late checkouts as they will give you a cold shoulder

Super stay and hospitality with great weather & beach

By far the best beach I have visited in the UAE. Soft, silky and devoid of any rocks / stones. Also the weather was fantastic. Hassan from front desk was there at check-in and checkout and he was most hospitable and welcoming. Everyone at the hotel is very friendly and went out of their way to make things comfortable for us. The room was spacious and roomy with a super terrace with a spectacular view. Breakfast was a great spread. Kiondo, Chatty, Arman, Janet and many others took great care of us. At the beach / pool, Omar, Sylvester, Elvis were also very friendly and helpful. All in all we had a great time at Fairmont Ajman and hope to visit again soon.

Nice beach hotel

Very nice hotel with private beach. Excellent rooms. Very polite service and we are happy to come back any time. Family friendly hotel, however also some quiet areas. Hotel took care of Covid-19 security but not all guests followed the requirements.

The property is very good, nice and clean rooms, good food, but at reception they don’t know anything about hospitality business, first they delayed the room, and then they were very rude. Above all, they damaged my two very expensive bags, and when I showed, they will investigate, and nothing happened. If you need place to sleep then this property is okay, but if you are looking for overall hospitality, I would not recommend, unless Fairmont change their front desk staff.

Decent hotel but not really Covid compliant

Room size is OK but cleaning could be better (I dropped something under the bed and I was surprised with the amount of trash and dust I could see there, obviously they are not vacuuming under the bed in between guest). The Turkish restaurant was good, but the Spectrum restaurant is far from being COVID compliant, its a buffet, overpacked in the evening with not enough distance between tables, people are still serving themselves as they are not enough staff attending the buffet

h have stayed at Fairmont Ajman for two night and had great time and relaxation every things were perfect and excellent ... its has very clean beach and heated swimming pool ... the breakfast and dinner were enjoyable --- special thanks to afsana from front disck
