First time back at the Fairmont Bab Al bahr in over 10 years. Still excellent service from all the staff. Just sat having lunch in the poolside bar great service from Midhun. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I would thoroughly recommend the Fairmont Bab al Bahr. I visited with my boyfriend and his family who have been coming here every year since it opened. Every single staff member made sure we were taken care of and were very friendly. Eva welcomed us to the hotel and knew I was pregnant so made arrangements for my room to be close to the pool end of the hotel and to provide me with plenty of pillows and even a pregnancy one! All of the staff in the Gold Lounge were fantastic and couldn’t have provided a better service. Kahlash and the poolside team were also incredible! They were attentive and made sure our sun-beds were reserved every morning. Kahlash made sure we had enough refreshments throughout the day and continuously moved the umbrella to ensure I stayed in the shade (just as I like). The staff are a credit to the hotel and I can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time. Our pool service was exemplary. Mr. Kailash was friendly and helpful. We will be back. The pool was not busy but the service was attentive. The lifeguards were also professional. The Iron Waves folks were also very helpful. They took us on a great trip to see the sites.
