Hotel pool is closed which changed how I use the hotel , very disappointing and no arrangements either with a local hotel to use their pool . Had to ask for tea and coffee and extra pillows . Should just be supplied . Best thing is the housekeeping man called Sachindu . So helpful . Got me everything I needed ! Very good service !

Fantastic and highly property.... Stayed with my family on my holiday, we got the room upgrade since we came with the family and long stay. The room was spacious and HK service was in very detail.. room attendant her name 'Forgive' if I am nit mistaken was very helpful on our each request. The restaurant buffet breakfast was delicious and the service level also highly recommended to all the other hotels in Abu Dhabi. Arjun The outlet manager handled restaurant operations in a spectacular way.. Key staff in the restaurant was Kwani who Identified my family preferences from the first day itself and served. The only request to the management is to allow in house guest to the DJ on complimentary basis . Which will lead for achieve more repeaters.

There was a wide array of different cuisines and the hotel waiters and waitresses were very pleasant and friendly. I was staying there 1 month and had this amazing waiter his name is Chamara. He was profoundly friendly and goes out of his way to make the breakfast experience pleasant. My appreciation also goes out to another particular waitress Ms. Khaing as she too was an amazing ambassador so to speak.

The hotel staff were amazing! They were very welcoming and always ready to help in any way they can. The team from the breakfast and dinner buffet really did an outstanding job. Khaing was very quick in clearing the tables and attending to requests. Amazing how she can do everything with grace. Kelum, Suresh and Chamatika did great too! As for the room, we had a little issue with the bed. It was too low and the mattress was very uncomfortable. After our second night, I asked housekeeping if they can do something about it. I wasn’t hopeful though because I know that the only solution was to change the entire bed which would be very troublesome. I just tried since we will be staying for another three nights. Amazingly, they responded so quick. Thanks to Araliyajan for taking immediate action. In less than an hour, we had a new bed frame and mattress! Housekeeping staff - May Myat and Eya were also very quick to set-up the bed. May did an excellent job cleaning our room during our entire stay and replenishing whatever was needed. It was a great stay overall. We will definitely consider staying in this property again.
