Everything you would expect from a name like Raffles. Beautiful place, fabulous food and atmosphere, we loved the Elephant Bar and the staff were excellent. Great location in the city and a nice gift shop for last minute items.

A colonial oasis in the heart of the city

Raffles Le Royal definitely deserves its 5 star rating. The hotel is excellently located in the vibrant city centre but equally feels like a calm oasis from the minute you step through the doors. The bedrooms are beautifully designed and are serviced twice per day. A definite highlight is the swimming pool area, which includes 2 large swimming pools and drinks & food can be ordered from your sun lounger. The spa, although relatively small in size, has a lovely thermal suite & gym and has an excellent range of spa treatments to choose from. Breakfast was delicious and the cocktails in the Elephant Bar were expertly crafted. All staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. A great first visit to Phnom Penh!

Amazing and warm hospitality by the fabulous staff team Suite 213 is super nice and very spacious Breakfast is very good Swimming pool/gym/spa are amazing Everything was great during the stay. 5 stars in every way. Wonderful grounds and pool like an oasis. Amazing attentive staff. Comfy rooms and beds. The bar in the evening and breakfast at morning where lovely and we felt respected and treated like royalty in every moment of our stay! when in Phnom Penh stay here !!!
