Jammer genoeg kan ik ons verblijf niet hoger quoteren. Interne communicatie loopt spaak. Onze conciërge gaf andere prijzen door dan aan de receptie. Hoogste prijs aan receptie werd dan gehanteerd terwijl ik op whatsapp een andere prijs door had gekregen. Op einde van ons verblijf gaven ze aan dat de 400 euro via Apple Pay ter garantie nog terug gestort zou worden. Echter is dit ook nooit gebeurd. We wouden in december nog terug verblijven en mogelijks zelf nieuwjaar maar door deze ervaring gaan we uitkijken naar een ander hotel of zelf bestemming

Een slechte ervaring in de spa; behandeling was 10 min korter; kreeg geen vergoeding. Ik was er om 17.00 uur, moest formulier invullen en we begonnen om 17.10 /17.15 uur. Om 17.43 stond ik alweer naast de bank terwijl 45 minuten de afspraak was. Niet goed! geen excuses gemaakt en personeel spa receptie reageerde erg onprettig. Ik ga niet weer naar deze spa.
