L'hôtel est bien situé proche du métro, des bus, l'isolation sonore est plutôt bonne. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Point négatif: il faut monter des escaliers pour arriver à la réception donc compliqué avec une grosse valise. Si vous avez une mobilité réduite, évitez cet hôtel. Dans les chambres, il n'est pas possible d'éteindre la lumière depuis le lit, il n'y a pas de lampe de chevet, et la lumière est assez atroce dans les chambres, et les lumières au dessus du lit s'éteignent près de la télé! du jamais vu pour un hôtel et c'est très agaçant. La literie est vraiment inconfortable. Les capsules de café ne sont offertes que le 1er jour après il faut en acheter, donc soyez prévoyant pour ceux qui boivent du café. Finalement, j'avais fait livrer un colis qui est resté introuvable pendant 3 jours, et au bout de ma 5ème visite à la réception et apres avoir montré la preuve de la réception par l'hôtel avec le tampon de l'hôtel, il a finalement été retrouvé dans la salle où il avait été cherché à de nombreuses reprises avec mon nom et numéro de chambre dessus, ce n'est pas très sérieux.

Nous prenons le service à la clientèle très au sérieux et regrettons que votre colis soit resté introuvable pendant trois jours malgré des visites répétées à la réception. Nous tenons à vous assurer qu'un tel incident ne reflète pas notre engagement à fournir un excellent service à la clientèle et que tout sera mis en œuvre pour éviter que de tels problèmes ne se reproduisent à l'avenir. Alles was tip top in orde: rustige en propere kamer, personeel was ook heel behulpzaam, ideale ligging vlakbij de metro.

This Adagio Hotel is my poorest experience of any Accor property. Firstly, the name Champs-Elysées is misleading because really it is a 20 minute walk to from Champs-Elysées. And unless you have checked the location, you would not really know. Secondly, they do not say that they do not clean the rooms every day only once in 7 days! When you book, they say breakfast is included & we were paying €400 a night, We don't expect the breakfast to be a tray which is delivered to your room based on the choices you tick, which is essentially a croissant coffee juice, and the most basic breakfast. This also is not delivered efficiently, sometimes they forget items that have been ticked. (Total of 2-3 items to eat within that also they forget one day the breakfast was delivered 45 to 50 minutes later than requested) which basically delayed us for the day. The receptionist, instead of addressing the problem, was essentially trying to explain that it is no this fault and that we can speak to the manager about it after the weekend! Overall, an entirely avoidable hotel for this kind of price point and unfortunately, impolite staff as well as an Extremely careless attitude at all levels.

Twee nachten in Aparthotel Adagio Paris Haussmann Champs-Elysées, het was een fijn verblijf. De gewone bedden waren heel goed, maar de sofa bed mocht wel wat beter. Het is een apart hotel dus met alleen elke dag schone badlakens en opmaken van het bed. Het ontbijt mocht je 1 keer kiezen en werd naar boven gebracht op de kamer. De kamer was schoon, maar de schuifdeur van de slaapkamer moet wel gerepareerd/vervangen worden, evenals de rolluiken van de slaapkamer. Mooi aparthotel voor citytrips in Parijs.

I had used this accommodation for myself and my wife in February, 2023. Our room was newly renovated and beautiful with a kitchennete, bathroom and balcony. The beddings were comfortable and so were the lightings inside. The location is really great with a shopping mart for daily groceries and metro station nearby. We opted for the morning breakfast and although the options were limited and usually comprised of crossaints, breads, coffee/juice, cheese and desserts, it was quite sumptuous. The staff whether at the reception desk, for cleaning, or kitchen was highly supportive and friendly. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to each of them for making our trip comfortable and enjoyable, and would highly recommend this accommodation for future visits to Paris.
