J avais dejà sejourné à votre hotel ( avant le Covid) . Pour raisons professionnelles , il est bien situé ( entre les 2 aeroports ) L equipment est tres bon.la qualité du petit dejeuner est parfaite

Cet hôtel mériterait probablement plus un 4 étoiles. La nourriture n'est pas bonne, il fait froid dans le lobby, on ne m'a pas proposé de monter mes bagages dans ma chambre, pour le room service il y a plusieurs demandes qui ont été oubliées, le ménage n'est pas fait correctement (même si ça reste propre, on voit qu'il y a des endroits qui ne sont pas nettoyés tous les jours). Bref, le niveau de service n'est clairement pas digne d'un 5 étoiles, mais le prix n'est pas élevé donc on peut dire que cela compense.

Client répétitif, je choisis cet hôtel car il m'a toujours satisfait. Le personnel est agréable et professionnel, le petit déjeuner extrêmement varié, les chambres sont grandes et bien agencées, la situation est idéale dans un quarter riche en magasins et au croissement des lignes de métro principales.
