Je suis très déçu par les services et environnements. Nous sommes rentrés tard de réunion et voilà que je me fais aborder par des jeunes femmes dans le lobby. Clairement ce n’est pas ce que j’attends d’un hôtel de ce standing. Idem pour le concierge: une personne qui n’avait aucune envie de prendre mes contraintes en compte. En conclusion je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel

Le seul avantage de cet hôtel est d'être super bien situé dans une partie très vivante de la ville. Sinon, les chambres sont médiocres (et encore j'étais à l'étage "executive"), ma vue sur les ventilateurs du centre commercial horrible, pas de piscine mais un onsen, petit déjeuner très moyen, sans vrai jus d'orange,....et le service est moyen avec les soit disant gardiens en tenue traditionnel à l'entrée qui ne pipent pas un mot d'anglais. Donc c'était ma première et dernière fois...

Hôtel très bien situé et personnel très agréable. Chambre grande et propre. Connexion internet bonne (wifi ou filaire). Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et bien garni.
