The hotel was well located and only a short walk to the masjid , the service was brilliant and the breakfast was so so good . All the staff were so polite , we opted for the kaaba view which was a few hundred pounds more expensive but it was well worth it .

Modern hotel and connected to Clock Tower shopping mall. Breakfast can be better as most days the food was repeated and other stations are scattered across the hallway. Staff are very helpful and will go to extra length to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one.

Everything was good Was allowed to check in earlier which was great The view is perfect and close to Kaaba Room was clean and did not need maintenance thank god The only problem was the air condition, had to turn it off because it was too cold to keep on during sleep

Easy to go umrah buggy was near back to hotel . Easy to pray as swissotel provide pray in place Infront of hotel. Very nice breakfast dinner . Full kaabah view . Toilet soap was very good . Housekeeping was very clean.reception was very excellent service . Potter was very helpful and sooo polite . 4 potter helping to load our heavy luggage . And wishing us all the best and hope to see us.

This is my 3rd time in a row I have booked with Swissotel Makkah and this time it was my very best experience. I had both breakfast and dinner with this hotel. The dinner assistant managerMr. Ashraf, was always friendly and helpful, and he was always looking for ways that he could assist us and make our dinner a more pleasurable experience. I highly recommend that he gets promoted to a higher position because he will take this hotel’s dinner buffet to become much more successful with his expertise. Next, I want to mention the manager for dinner Ridwan. He was always very friendly, nice, and very helpful when we needed assistance. He is also very good with kids, he always made sure to put a smile on my 3 year old sons face and he would always give my kids balloons.
