Great location, staff and style!

We stayed here for 4 nights and was welcomed to the hotel by Francois who quickly booked us in, and then very surprisingly escorted us to our room and showed us around the facilities it had. A very nice touch which made us feel very special. Thank you Francois! It was a delux lake view room, which did have the amazing lake and mountains as the view. We had a box of chocloates when we got back later that evening and our bed had been turned down each night with a chocolate laying in wait! The next evening whe we returned, the staff had somehow found out it was my birthday and there was a lovely chocolate patisserie (and 2 forks which was a shame as I then had to share it). It tasted amazing. The hotel has charm and character which is still showing through, all the way from reception to the "ballroom" and dining rooms. At breakfast each morning we were welcomed and shown to our table which had more great views over the lake and mountains. Alena made us again feel very welcomed and showed interest in our plans for the day as well as sharing any experiences and humour. A lovely lady! The staff are all very polite though, warm and welcoming - well done to the management on their choices for staff. The pillows are the fluffiest we have experienced in our travels (I had to put this as it was the text being suggested in the review box before writing, but it is also so very true. Very comfortable bed and pillows!

This was my second visit and again I had such a nice time. We received two beautiful renovated rooms with lake view again like last year ♥️ My friend had a birthday and the hotel prepared a delicious cake in her room, but also I received exquisite pralines upon arrival. We had very nice relaxing time in the Spa and also we loved the breakfast 🫶Oleg from the breakfast was super kind and helpful. But the most I would like to thank Alex the FOM, who was very positive and made us happy!

عدم التنظيف بشكل جيد ، سعار مواقف السيارات جداً عالي ، خدمة السيارات نوعاً ما بطيئه تصل مدة الانتظار الى 47 دقيقه العزل بين الغرف غير جيد و ازعاج و زياده على ذلك السعر جداً عالي و خدمة Landry سيئه

A lovely hotel in an idyllic location. Everyone is so welcoming and Le Montreux itself is so beautiful! I want to say a special thank to Alena Warner who is one of the loveliest, most attentive people I’ve ever encountered in the hospitality industry. Started off with reservation agent struggling to change reservation dates (could not be done online) no mention of renovations at the time of booking, room was dated and dirty, staff was sparse, had the sense that they were understaffed at the front desk, concierge/bell desk and spa as many times there was no one at the desk, spa employee couldn’t keep up with the number of guests. Breakfast buffet was a bit disorganized and some of the staff needs a more refined/elegant level of service. Who wants to hear the staff complain about the chores they have to do on their day off? Good location but service and amenities were not commensurate with pricing. Not a 5 star experience.
