We truly value your loyalty over the past 30 years and appreciate your kind words about our staff and the cleanliness of our rooms. We understand the disappointment caused by the changes in the hotel's surroundings, particularly the obstruction of the views that have been a highlight for many of our guests. We acknowledge that the increase in traffic due to the Tesla Superchargers has impacted the parking situation. We are continually assessing our parking policies to enhance the experience for all our guests. Regarding the events hosted at the hotel, we strive to balance the needs of our business and leisure guests.
