We are delighted that you appreciated our central location by Dam Square, the convenience of having a tram stop right outside, and our commitment to providing excellent service. It's gratifying to know that our breakfast offerings and the culinary delights at Royal 98 added to your enjoyment. However, we regret to hear that our air conditioning unit did not fully meet your expectations during a warmer week, and that the fan in the bathroom was not functioning properly. We understand how important a comfortable room environment is, and we sincerely apologize for any discomfort this may have caused. Nonetheless, we are pleased to hear that you found our proximity to the Central Train Station and the royal palace advantageous for exploring the city.
