Please allow us to clarify that the Fairmont Monte Carlo offers two different pool experiences: one complimentary and exclusively available to hotel guests, and the second, Nikki Beach Monte Carlo, which operates independently and provides a more vibrant atmosphere with music, entertainment, and a curated menu. We understand this may not suit all preferences, and we apologize if this was not made clearer during your stay. We are also sorry to hear that certain areas of the hotel did not meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback, which we take very seriously as we continuously work to improve our guest experience.
