Great hotel not far from metro station and walking distance to Monaco attractions . Swimming pool is small and gets very busy. Room was big and kids have had actual bed rather then sofa made into a bed which usually not very comfortable . Had both Shower and bath in a room which was lovely. Food was amazing. Breakfast was also very good with lots of healthy options.

Extremely Disappointed with NOVOTEL Hotel – Never Again We stayed at this hotel on December 18th, 2024, and were extremely disappointed with our experience. After checking in, we went to watch the Paris vs. Monaco soccer match. When we returned to our room at 1 AM, it was very cold outside, and I was eager to take a shower. However, there was no hot water—only warm water. I immediately called the manager, who came to our room to check the water temperature. He confirmed that the water was cold or warm, but not hot at all. He promised to look into it the following morning but did not offer us another room or any alternatives at that time. The following morning, two technicians arrived around 10 AM to inspect the issue. They confirmed that something was wrong with the water system and said it would need to be fixed or further investigated. At that point, I had no idea what to do—no shower, no resolution, and it was cold outside. We had paid over $350 + for the room, yet couldn’t even take a proper shower! By 11 AM, we checked out and escalated the issue to a higher-level manager. Unfortunately, she was rude and dismissive. She claimed the technician had fixed the problem and that the water temperature was now considered normal for the shower. We were shocked by her response—how could the technician have fixed the problem when we had been watching them in the bathroom? She was lying to us. There was no apology, compensation, or offer of any solution. She seemed to trust the technician over the paying customers. We had been traveling for over 12 days through the south of France, staying at excellent four-star hotels, all of which were fantastic—except for the NOVOTEL Hotel. We will never return to this hotel and would not recommend it to others. The lack of service, care, and basic customer attention was absolutely unacceptable. The manager’s rude behavior and complete disregard for customer satisfaction, without offering even a discount or apology, were beyond disappointing.

I recommend this hotel unreservedly.

We have stayed here numerous times. Always a good night's sleep and good experience in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet is excellent and highly recommended - eating outside is nice but there are smokers. Evening meals are also excellent and well prepared good food. Parking underneath hotel in 4 level garage, fairly small spaces for US drivers but it's fine and very convenient indeed. Highly recommend this hotel.

We recently came back from a long weekend in Monte Carlo and stayed at Novohotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance to the main attractions and the railway station. The rooms were modern, the beds and pillows very comfortable. The reception staff were extremely helpful my only complaint was the food choices were limited and lack of vegetarian options. However absolutely loved Monte Carlo!

Absolutely amazing stay! Thank you for making our stay special - special thanks to Felicia on reception. Room was clean and comfortable. It was very soundproof, there was a big thunderstorm during the night, and we slept through it. Hotel is in walking distance to all the sights, and parking is very good too.
