Tophotel met opvallend vriendelijk en professioneel personeel. Alles loopt gesmeerd. Lounge is dag en nacht open voor drankje of hapje. Ruime en rustige ontbijtzaal.

De locatie was geweldig. Kamer en bed uitstekend. Kreeg taartje vanwege mijn verjaardag, erg attent. Receptie druk. Hotel was wel in verbouwing, wat niet vooraf was aangegeven. Lift capaciteit daardoor beperkt. Geboekte King bed kamer bleek ongevraagd ingewisseld voor 2 Queens. Na chique interventie van manager toch een king bed kamer gekregen met zelfs zeezicht, wel bij vebrouwingslocatie maar dat was prima. Wel heel raar: stofzuigen in restaurant tijdens de lunch, zelfs aan mijn tafel. Alsof het de normaalste zaak van de wereld was. Heel erg vreemd en onsmakelijk.

we komen hier al bijna 30 jaar.Van Loews naar Grand Hotel naar Fairmont. Kamers en badkamers zijn mooi vernieuwd. Qua service uitmuntend.
