Worst Fairmont I have ever been. Only good part is housekeeping. I waited at the breakfast 1 hour for my warm breakfast and coffee to come but it did not arrive. I told the hostess at the breakfast that I did not have any warm breakfast she told me in an agressive way "but you had cold breakfast". The cold buffet is also very bad, there was no good selection of cheeses.

В отеле были впервые и были приятно удивлены вниманию персонала, заботе о клиенте в мелочах. Единственное нам показалось сложная структура ресторанов, мы приехали в 15.00 в отель, и после регистрации не смогли получить внятного ответа где можно перекусить, пришлось идти в город и там обедать. Матрас для нас был немного твердоват, возможно этот момент можно внести в анкету перед заездом. Мы с мужем остались очень довольны, и рекомендуем ваш отель друзья и знакомым.

We visited this hotel in early December, and it was already beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a very warm and festive atmosphere. Everything in this hotel is exactly as you would expect: the staff is extremely attentive (yet not formal or stiff), the rooms are spotless, and even the smallest details are taken care of — especially during turndown service. We truly felt very welcome. A great additional feature is the spacious gym, which is fully equipped. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the lake, which made our stay even more enjoyable

A fabulous hotel in a classic building in top location.Great staff,young,friendly,knowledgeable.The o ly issue with the hotel is the lack of a bar and lounge.The basement bar is fine but primarily visited by non hotel guest.Also a lounge where you can just relax with a coffee.Having a smokers bar next to the entrance is an odd feature 2025.
