We kwamen vroeg, werden gastvrij ontvangen, kregen rondleiding en voor onze bagage werd gezorgd. Het verblijf was prima, geen enkel geluid, schoon, goede service. Uitstekend ontbijt.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I am truly sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused, especially regarding the shower issue and the resulting water on the bathroom floor. I also regret the dust you noticed in your room and the delayed follow-up from our team during your stay, which does not reflect our usual standards. We have already initiated a technical inspection of the room in question to ensure that the shower sealing and drainage are permanently corrected. Additionally, we are reinforcing our quality checks within Housekeeping and Front Office to ensure that guest concerns are consistently tracked and resolved. The incorrect restaurant no-show notification has been reported to the respective team for review and adjustment. The matter concerning the key board and the unfortunate service incident have also been addressed internally to prevent any recurrence. Your comments regarding Wi-Fi speed and Concierge service will help us focus our improvement efforts in these areas. At the same time, we are very grateful for your kind words about our location, breakfast, restaurants, bars, and staff. Your recognition has been shared with the teams.
