We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Fairmont Baku. The team was extremely attentive and ensured that all our needs were taken care of promptly and professionally. A special mention to RZAYEV ZAUR, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. His warm attitude truly made a difference and enhanced our overall experience. The service and hospitality reflect the true standards of a luxury hotel. We would be happy to stay at Fairmont Baku .

Nice hotel and nice view We are pure jain and we requested for jain food We met chef chef Gopal singh he provided us good jain food as per our wish And we were also please with restaurant manager from le bistro Mr Edris he specially came and asked for any thing we require his hospitality was very keen We came here to celebrate our anniversary He also made arrangements for eggless cake with nice decor Thanx for Fairmont Baku flame tower team

everything is perfect. The room is big and the bed is comfort. The front desk service is nice. The food is delicious. The view of the room is wonderful. The location is in tourist places. The restaurant staffs are friendly. The gate boy is helpful and nice. Especially I mentioned Teymur, Elimkhan,Ramin, Nazrin, the restaurant chef Chingiz, They are very friendly and help me.

My stay at Fairmont Baku was excellent. The hotel offers stunning views of the Caspian Sea and their sea view suits and one bedroom suite both are spacious offering great sea view. . The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help. Breakfast had a good variety and quality, and the overall atmosphere was calm and luxurious. The location is convenient, close to the Boulevard , little venice , Baku eye and highland park and other major attractions. Overall, a very comfortable and memorable stay, and I would definitely recommend Fairmont Baku. FNB stars : ChengeZ Huseyn amazing gentleman ensuring our breakfast was smooth and always available to help . Huseyn from Pastry who was at the crepe station always ready to serve hot crepe with a smile and Indian Chef Gopal singh always smiling . Front office stars - Orkhan Mammadov and Nurlan really took good care of us while assigning the room and explaining about the hotel amenities during check in demonstrating fairmont high standards . Room Servjce - Nijab Soltanov was highly professional in his service . We had a small glitch initially which was so well handled by the Duty Manager Shariyar and the Room service manager Kamran this both gentleman we’re highly professional and courteous gentleman and their reassurance made us rebook the Fairmont stay and made it memorable. Keep up the good work .

We stayed at the Fairmont for 1 week and had the time of our lives! The hotel was amazing! We were given a very spacious room with a panoramic view of the Caspian Sea that spanned 180⁰ with floor to ceiling windows. The room amenities were wonderful and the kitchen even sent up fresh pears and an assortment of nuts and Azerbaijani national treats when we arrived. The spa and pool were very nice and we enjoyed both immensely. The restaurants were wonderful and the food was superb. Each of the members of the staff was polished, poised and a consummate professional as well as being some of the nicest, friendliest people I have ever met. Definitely 5 stars and we will return for many years to come to enjoy a little bit of luxurious relaxation at the Fairmont!
