Fairmont Baku-Flame Towers claims to be 5-star, but their customer service wouldn’t even rate 2 stars. From the moment I arrived, the experience was absolutely terrible. I was met with rude, dismissive, and unhelpful staff who made me feel like a burden rather than a valued guest.

My husband and I had the most memorable stay last week. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble - the reception team were amazing and the Bistro staff in particular the supervisor at breakfast went out of her way to explain the food which was new to me. Overall, the service was outstanding. This is what made the hotel my favourite I have ever visited. I want to mention one person in particular - Rzayev, who has worked at the hotel for over 10 years! Thank you everyone, we would love to return another day.

Temizlik iyiydi, lakin odasının tül perdesi yerinde yoktu. Akşam otel tarafından sağlanan açık büfe yemek ise otelin standardı ile uyumlu değildi. Böyle klas bir otel daha kaliteli yemekleri hakkediyor.

ilk odaya girişte 17 dereye ayarlanmış klima nedeni ile oda çok çok soğuktu, resepsiyondan ekip yönlendirdiler ama çözüm sağlanamadı, sadece klimayı kapatmak ile doğal olarak soğuma engellendi

The hotel has not Fairmont hotel standards . AC in the room was out of order. It took them hours to fix it. Our room was freezing cold. Simple things in the bathroom was missing. Staff were incompetent. We totally did not enjoy our stay. A big mistake! Only the front desk staff were kind and helpful. Our thanks to Mr Sabuhi. He was polite and helpful.
