Good reviews: The art. It had very comfortable bed and the view was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Negative reviews: There were no garbage bins the WC There was no iron board or iron There was no fridge They did not restock the tissues in the toilet

Top quality place. Very flexible staff. Clean rooms. Great view. Royal entrance. Credit to Arzu and Akbar in the waiting team also. Best location and brand new interiors. Food can be improved but overall a very reputable and respectful hotel

For the price I paid, I expected basic courtesy and professionalism, but it was clear the staff couldn’t care less

Fairmont Baku-Flame Towers claims to be 5-star, but their customer service wouldn’t even rate 2 stars. From the moment I arrived, the experience was absolutely terrible. I was met with rude, dismissive, and unhelpful staff who made me feel like a burden rather than a valued guest.

My husband and I had the most memorable stay last week. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble - the reception team were amazing and the Bistro staff in particular the supervisor at breakfast went out of her way to explain the food which was new to me. Overall, the service was outstanding. This is what made the hotel my favourite I have ever visited. I want to mention one person in particular - Rzayev, who has worked at the hotel for over 10 years! Thank you everyone, we would love to return another day.

The hotel has not Fairmont hotel standards . AC in the room was out of order. It took them hours to fix it. Our room was freezing cold. Simple things in the bathroom was missing. Staff were incompetent. We totally did not enjoy our stay. A big mistake! Only the front desk staff were kind and helpful. Our thanks to Mr Sabuhi. He was polite and helpful.
