It’s a nice hotel but the here are some tips for management to remedy. 1. The lobby lounge is dysfunctional with uncomfortable very low seating. They are lower than the side table to place a drink or personal item. 2. For a 5 star hotel them should have an elevated coffee house and not a cheap tacky Starbucks. People and kids slurping in the lobby from paper cups detracts from the ambience and experience you would expect in this hotel. 3. The bathrooms are nice but the rooms decor should be more elevated. It looks dated.

We had an excellent time at the hotel. The staff was friendly and engaging before we arrived, answering my many questions about accommodations, transportation, and local events and vendors. Once we checked in, their commitment to service remained steadfast as they worked diligently to ensure all of our needs and requests were sorted quickly and to our satisfaction.

Enjoyed the history tour by the river but sadly the time staying opposite side of Quebec city was short due to Ferry time schedule. Wish to see the renovation soon!

Everything was great - room, service and breakfast- only 1 negative in whole stay was the food at the Sam restaurant- overpriced and very poor quality-
