We came to the Plaza for tea today and Portifirio was so welcoming! He explained the service well and was so thorough and professional we loved our food and his service! He made it feel like an event!

Our waiter, Profirio, was delightful and knowledgeable. He described all the different teas for us as well as the sandwich choices. He was friendly and engaging and made our experience even more special.

My sister and I visited the Plaza for high tea at the palm court for my birthday, we had a great time. Everything was wonderful and our server Porfirio made it better, with his warm, kind, uplifting, happy pleasant personality. We will absolutely be back and request Porfirio. Thank you.

Had such a nice time at the Plaza for tea. Our server Porfirio was wonderful. He had great recommendations and made my daughter feel very special. It’s not a cheap experience but it was one we will remember!
