A wonderful experience at the Sofitel hotel in New York. The breakfast especially was amazing with incredible staff. A special thanks to Arian our waiter, always “aux petits soins” :) We will definitely come back!!

Spent 6 nights in Sofitel New York, and it was a great experience!! The bed was super comfortable! The team that you meet at the Breakfast place will make your day!! Not only the breakfast menu was delicious, the professional, genuine and warmth check ins from all the team always ensure you have the right and great breakfast, before starting the exploration day in the city! Arian, Benny and all others whom have taken care of me during the few days have maintaned high quality and consistent service throughout!! It was a great way to start the day in New York!!!

The guest service team made an awesome effort to help us with our honeymoon, thanks for helping us with the early check in, the chocolates and bottle of wine where awesome, having a great view from our room made a great difference at staying with you and all that was thanks to your team. Service at the Sofitel is the best! Arian provided our breakfast service, and he always ensures that we have en enjoyable experience! He is excellent, and we appreciate him!!! He is one of the reasons we consider the Sofitel our home in NYC.

What an unbelievable experience!! After a day filled with shopping and a play, fighting the hectic crowds of NYC days before NYE, we found Sofitel / Social 45 on our way back to our hotel. We arrived to a friendly greeting staff, and without a reservation we were seated and met our host for the evening, Meti; he was fabulous from start to finish and not only expertly advised us on every step through the evening, but made us feel welcome and at ease. The entire evening (because we spent over 2.5 hours there) was consumed with a beautiful and tasty cheese plate, a phenomenal meal of steak and frites, all the way to the best dessert (toffee pudding) that I have ever had in my life. Expertly guided by Mati, we couldn’t make a wrong decision including the bottle of Bordeaux we had with dinner. This place, and all of the staff, are experts in the field of hospitality and we couldn’t recommend them any higher than we already have. Check this place out… the atmosphere is elegant, yet relaxed and you too will spend more time than you anticipated simply because it’s so refined and well-done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
