I have been visiting the bar cafe at the Sofitel for more than 20 years. I live outside of Philadelphia and my husband and I visit New York to attend Broadway shows, museums, etc., about a dozen times a year. Our go to place for cocktails before or after the event is always at the Sofitel even after COVID. Why? People like Meti, and the rest of the staff provide outstanding service all the time and make us feel at home. Every time we see Meti, it is like meeting an old friend. Basically, we love the bar/cafe at the Sofitel and would not go anywhere else. Kudos to your excellent staff and service!

The hotel has a great location, close to Times Square but in a quiet area. The room is nicely decorated, quiet and clean. The room service is very friendly and the réception staff welcoming and efficient. I have already stayed twice at the hotel and will book again if I go to NYC.

After a long flight from Australia, we were greeted by Erik at front desk on arrival. He made the check in process so seamless and went above and beyond and after a long flight, it was greatly appreciated. Amazing beds! Lovely rooms.

I have been coming to this hotel for 3 years now and every time the exceed my expectations ! The team is incredibly accommodating, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to keep the hosts happy. Jose , Kenia and Erik are always there to help with a big smile and a can do attitude . I had visited this hotel with my family before too and the service is incredible , from special treats for my son to trying to find the best room for my family to enjoy their stay here. Their EA to the general manager Benedicte is also super helpful and willing to help me with my bookings

Very nice location. The decoration is elegant, modern. Beautiful Christmas tree and classy holidays decorations. Service is very nice with a special mention to Ronaldo who turned our breakfast in a lovely quality time. Highly recommended
