That said, I want to sincerely thank you for your honest feedback regarding the spa and pool areas. We understand how much these details matter. I’m happy to share that a shipment of new spa robes has just arrived, following extended shipping delays. We’re now in the process of replenishing our supply to ensure that every guest has a complete and comfortable spa experience moving forward. We're also in the process of updating our pool daybeds and loungers—new ones have already been ordered and will be arriving soon.
