This was a 35th anniversay celebration and we really wanted something special. While the team could not control the weather and travel frustrations with several diverted and cancelled flights, they may it very challenging to make any accomodation to the last minute changes. (Contrast this with the Sail Bermuda team who were nothing but accomodating). This hotel clearly markets as 5 star but we did not get any 5 star feeling. We booked a 2 BR suite which was not cheap but barely got a notice from any of the team. They did supply beautiful bouquets of flowers which was lovely but we did not feel any assistance from the gold team who seemed busy all the time and happy to greet others while we couldn't get any attention. They did not assist with any arrangements despite my emailing ahead. When our reservations at Intrepid for our anniversay dinner had to change due to the diverted/cancelled flights, they made no effort to get us in depsite our asking. In fact the team at Intrepid was outstanding and when we went to them directly they were amazing and fit us in and made our anniversary special. FInally when we went to the Beach club for the morning before our evening flight, the jitney times did not match well with our needs as they do not run continuously as they do at many resorts. We asked if we could easily return by taxi and were assured no problem if we used the Hitch app which we had. But when we had to leave there were no available cars and when we asked for assistance at the club they told us they couldn't guarantee a time. Luckily they did find a cab in time for us to make our flight but it was stressful and we felt mislead. The beach club was lovely and we did enjoy it. So while we did enjoy our shortened trip it was not due to the helpfulness of the Hamilton Princess but the lovely people of Bermuda who individually made the trip worthwhile.

Best cocktail experience in Bermuda!!! We didn’t have food this time but I had an amazing Bloody Caesar and a Mermaid Margarita… sooo good, Dae made me slide off my bar stool!!! Next time we will stay for the food!🔥🔥
