I enjoyed such an amazing meal at the intrepid restaurant in the Hamilton princess hotel. The service, the food, the cocktails the atmosphere the ambience was impeccable. Our server Ean was amazing as far as customer service skills, it’s very rare to find this and it was a pleasure to be taken care of by him. I look forward to returning to the restaurant, hopefully will be able to get Ean again !

We stayed here recently for business and pleasure with our 10 year old daughter. We booked the Gold lounge package and so glad we did. The check in process was easy and pleasant. The service at this place is top notch- by far the best service I have ever experienced in my 30+ years of extensive travel. The room was immaculately clean and we had a beautiful view of the harbor. The Gold lounge staff, specifically Rolly, George, Pascal and Peter provided above and beyond service and made our daughter (and us!) feel special. Loved the infinity pool and Intrepid was a phenomenal restaurant. Easy walk to Hamilton. I was originally bummed the hotel was not beachfront but we took the shuttle to their beach property about 20 minutes away and it was absolutely spectacular. The beach staff greeted us with a welcome drink and towels and attended to our every need. Great touch that the beach also had sunscreen available and a restaurant for lunch. There are three tranquil beaches to choose from a short walk from each other and even a secret swimming hole surrounded by rocks. The art in the hotel was an amazing touch. We did switch over to the Reefs the second part of our trip to be right on the beach and we really wish we didn’t - the Hamilton Princess has a very high bar to reach and the Reefs couldn’t measure up. Service, food, location and beaches are all far better at the Hamilton Princess. We will stay here again!!!!

O hotel é uma galeria de arte, que só por si vale a visita mesmo não ficando hospedado. O staff muito simpático, super atenciosos, a comida variada e bem servida. O quarto excelente, com uma cama bem grande e espaçosa. Sempre tudo muito limpo e com grande cuidado. A vista para o mar é bonita, com tons de azul típicos do caribe. A localização é boa, a cidade não é grande dá para andar a pé por todo o lado e fica a 10 minutos do cais dos ferrys.
