Once again, the Fairmont Palliser did not disappoint. Everything worked together to give us a lovely date night. Check in was effortless and the front desk agent was able to honour a request for specific bed types. Our room was cozy, the bed and bedding were comfortable, and the bathroom was larger than we're accustomed to in a heritage building like the Palliser. The Hawthorn's breakfast was delicious - lovely that it was included with our package, or it would have been quite pricey. Using the pool, steam room, and hot tub set us up nicely for our spa treatment with RnR in the boulevard level of the hotel. We can't wait for a repeat of the experience!

A delightful stay at Fairmont Palliser. My first time at this Fairmont location! From the beautiful entrance upon arrival to the signature scent, to a wonderful dining experience, an enjoyable steam room, and ending with a restful sleep in a comfortable bed with luxurious bedding. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our night at the Fairmont. The lobby is lovely, the cocktails delicious at the bar, and the breakfast the following day was fantastic. The Alberta getaway package was well worth the price for such great service.

Rooms were very poorly ventilated. Windows are narrow and no view from the bed. The room felt like a prison cell in terms of view. The facilities and staff were good though. The hostess at hawthorne could have communicated with a bit of smile.
