Decent hotel, sometimes took a while to get our vehicle from the valet. The shower head was fixed and a little high which didn’t provide much water pressure for shorter people. Bathroom and room were on the smaller side. Pillows were a little flatter than I would like. TV was not a smart tv. Hotel staff were very good and friendly. Lobby is fancy looking and nicely decorated for Christmas. Room was clean and quiet.

We spent a night with friends and our kids and had a wonderful time. The service was excellent, every staff member was friendly and helpful, and the pool and hot tub were perfect! Thank you.

We came for my husband's birthday, during an extremely challenging time. From the Valets who parked our car, to the check in desk and servers at the lounge, to the tranquility of the pool and hot tub area, and lastly the quality of the room and comfort of our bed. He truly felt like a king, during a time when he needed it the most. Thank you Palliser! You do not disappoint. You are extremely personable, and treated us like gold.
