I had the best sleep of maybe my life. The dining staff are so lovely and so sweet! Food was absolutely amazing. I got the steak tenderloin with the brussel sprouts and I would recommend it to everybody. This is going to be my go to place every time I come here!

From the moment we booked the room our experience was exceptional. Although it was booked at a very discounted rate, we were allowed to move the date when my husband fell ill. To reserve it was prepaid, but I was advised we could use our gift card at checkout and the funds would be returned. This went very smoothly which is not often the case when traveling. At check-in, Tushar at reception noted that we were celebrating our anniversary. Arriving at our room, we were surprised by the huge and immaculately clean room with a delicious slice of chocolate cake and a hand written greeting card. When leaving the hotel for a couple of hours, we spoke with Tushar again at the front desk to express our appreciation. When we returned we were greeted like old friends and we found a bottle of champagne and 2 glasses in our room. Our servers at breakfast the next morning were attentive and friendly and the food excellent. Even our checkout experience was notable with a great discussion about anniversaries and marriage. Sorry, we didn’t note your name. Altogether a memorable experience for us!

We had an excellent stay at the Fairmont Palliser. Everything exceeded expectations. However, we did think some things could be made more clear, like whether the pool/sauna/spa were freely available for guests or required an extra fee. We booked the "bed and breakfast" plan and though we were very glad we'd made that choice, we weren't sure what breakfast items would be included in the plan. Some more clarity here would help other guests who maybe don't often stay at Fairmont hotels.
