Thank you for the two signature rooms over the nights on our stay. We were attending the Calgary Folk Festival with friends and had lots of luggage with us, our room gave us enough space not to feel crowded, very appreciated. The Team in Hawthorne, specifically Sara who really could read I needed to eat and run the first day and the rest of the table were going to have a relaxing day, thanks for everything. Bridgette and Julie were also their support team were also wonderful, friendly and very efficient. Neils is always a smiling face when we checked in and the team help us unload and reload quickly. Thanks to everyone!

Always fantastic, from the first moment we get out of the car until we leave again, the staff are friendly, helpful and genuinley interested and concerned about your experience. Valet and Bell Team remember us even though it's been awhile - some greet us by name. The check in staff at the Gold Lounge welcome us back. Most of our trips are combined work and vacation andthe staff in the gold lounge always ask what my husband is doing for fun while I'm working. Watu and Neal at the valet team remember our name even if it's been awhile. Oksana on the gold team solved our points/account issue like it was nothing. she was exceptionally helpful explaining what was going on with our account. The gold team is always 10/10 but truly Oksana was 20/10. There was an ultra VIP in the hotel during our stay - we had never seen the hotel so busy. The service was still 10/10 each day. i just wish I could figure out why I've always gone by MS. or MRS. but the fairmont emails keep coming as MR.
