It was not only the beach and beautiful ocean but the staff at this hotel that made our trip amazing. Ask for Kemar at the bar, you will be in great hands!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was seamless from when we stepped out of a taxi until our departure. The rooms were breathtaking. You can’t beat the location. Everyone was lovely and helpful and created a super atmosphere for our stay.

It’s a wonderful resort, nice rooms, beautiful beach. Good food but expensive. Te personnel at the breakfast destroyed the good feeling though with their attitude, made us to feel unwelcome. That feeling followed us all days so we left 2 days earlier than planned.

Wonderful stay, overall totally positive. NOT happy with the departure / check-out service. Aside from Glenn on the front desk, the rest of the team were not as friendly or helpful as the rest of the entire hotel and let all their other colleagues down - it was a very sour note after a fabulous 8 days at the hotel. We were told at the airport on 24th August 2022 that we would be compensated for the airport shuttle... and yet the front desk wanted nothing to do with the BD$ 64 bill , despite confirming to the Platinum Customs Handler that we could settle it with the hotel. Great shame , to what was otherwise a wonderful wonderful stay. A small bill after the thousands we spent , but the front desk squad left us feeling disappointed after such hard work from all their colleagues and manager (Jean Christophe) who all worked so well and hard to make the rest of the experience enjoyable. We would have returned to the hotel but this has seriously made us think twice about it .
