From the moment we arrived the beauty and service of this property did not disappoint! We were immediately greeted and checked in. We arrived earlier than expected and all staff went up and beyond to accommodate us while our room was being cleaned! Our butler was so hospitable and attentive. Room service and the team working on the beach were super helpful and accommodating. The property is beautiful and really has “beachfront” suites. We will definitely visit again ☺️

Staff in restaurants acted as if they didn’t want you there. Food in both restaurants was low quality and needs improvement. Shower in one bathroom (we were in a 2BR villa) did not have any hot water pressure so you had to take a cold shower. Terrible value for over $7000 per night.

My honest opinion of this hotel is it is very clean and the rooms are lovely and the majority of the staff are very polite and helpful and friendly and the location is good....BUT....The food!...So the food was absolutely amazing and so good but it took an hour to 2 hours every night to come out to our table...I have never had to wait for food for so long in my life! It was ridiculous and did stress everyone in our party of 12 out especially as we had a young child with us.
