Slow poor service, not great food

This was our first stay with you and we were very impressed. The rooms are lovely and well appointed with a spectacular view. Food was excellent with a good selection at breakfast. We enjoyed it so much we will return. We love Barbados but haven’t visited for a few years but having discovered your hotel I think we may well become regulars!!

Had several issues - waited for drinks because staff were chatting, butler service and reception service booked the wrong trips & restaurants (reception booked hotel restaurant for us on a night it was closed!), not shown around so had to sort out where to go, no invite to managers drinks......

Old rooms, not clean and they can’t organise even a taxi
