Excellent hotel! They have the best front office team. Their guest services, concierge and bell team are exceptional. They are very helpful and genuine in their interaction. They are quick to guide you. As it was my first time, they helped with all the options I could use for the city tours and transportation.

We stayed on Gold and had the best time ever! We always knew that Fairmont had high standards and great customer service, but Royal York team really set the bar. From the warm welcome at the Gold Lounge by Temo. Who accommodated all our needs with our luggages early check-in to Gold attendants, Agnes, Karla, Elaine, that anticipated and gave amazing service every time we were in the lounge. On our first breakfast, I got us apple juice and asked the attendants for cappuccino. On our next return, they asked on how our exploring of downtown went and remembered our drinks from the previous day and had them ready on our table! All in all, the hotel is beautiful, the room was stellar, and the service was excellent! Thank you everyone!

Everything was perfect ! Had a cool stay . The room was big enough ( king size bed ) swimming pool and the gym were perfect. Thanks for everything. Apples and water all around the hotel and free to use and are well appreciated. Thanks also to the cleaning ladies who did a tremendous job. Thanks to the Royal Fairmont York 🙏🏾

It is what you expect for an older but beautiful Fairmont hotel. It is right outside Union Station so very easy to get to from Pearson using the UP. I travel to Toronto for work a fair bit but this is the first time I stayed at the Royal York. I had breakfast at Reign which was lovely. The coffee and salmon Benny was delicious. The original room I had ended up being next to the elevator. The walls are quite thin so all you hear is the elevator going up and down. I let the front desk know and they quickly put me in another room in a quieter area away from the elevator. The bell boys on Front St were not very helpful with the doors or with luggage assistance.

First off the food is great just too much, too expensive, and no alternatives to breakfast in the hotel on a holiday. Room and service at the Royal York are great.
