Arrived late after 0100hrs on flight from AUS. Hotel was the perfect choice, steps away from Airport terminal. Quickly checked in by friendly staff into upgraded room and a sweet treat as a Gold Accor member awaited my arrival. THANK YOU! Beautiful clean room, comfy bed and so quiet. Had a great sleep and hot shower, refreshed and ready to start my trip. Will stay again on my next flight into NZ.

Would stay again. So convenient, literally 2 mins from the airport terminal which really helped us when we arrived after midnight from overseas. 24 hour check in was really helpful too and the staff, even at that time of day were friendly and helpful. Rooms are compact but spotlessly clean and modern. Can't fault

I enjoyed the one night I spent in a suite at the Novotel after my flight was diverted to Christchurch from Wellington due to poor weather. The service was excellent at both the reception and in the restaurant. I would have rated it higher but felt the price was excessive. So value for money, I would not rank it as highly.

Great experience from the moment we checked in. When we entered the hotel at approx 0120 the staff were waiting for our arrival and we were checked in and were in our room in minutes. So helpful at that our in the morning
