Das Hotel war für uns gut gelegen, kurzer Weg zum Flughafen, zum Training, wo wir mehrmals am Tag hin mussten und auch zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die nächste Metro (grüne Linie) ist wirklich nur 5 Minuten weg und einfach über die Straße. Auch gibt es im Umfeld Restaurants, auch preisgünstige. Die Mitarbeiter sind überall sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und helfen schnell. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eines in der zehnten Etage und deshalb einen guten Blick. Fünf Sterne konnten wir nicht geben, der Zimmerservice hatte ständig Probleme uns neue Handtücher hinzulegen, auch manchmal nur eins und wir mussten immer unten an der Rezeption Bescheid sagen. Auch wird die Reinigung gern vergessen, wenn man zu dem Zeitpunkt, wo die Mitarbeiter durchkommen gerade noch im Zimmer ist. Muss man wieder an der Rezeption anrufen. Das Frühstück ist zu 90 % jeden Tag das gleiche, relativ wenig Abwechslung. Pool in der zwölften Etage auf der Dachterrasse ist okay, aber die Polsterauflagen der Liegen könnten schon mal gewechselt oder gereinigt werden und der Getränkeservice braucht teilweise seine Zeit oder kommt gar nicht durch.

Nos alojamos junto a mi flia 8 noches. Bueno: Ubicación, cerca del metro para transportarse. Desayuno, opciones variadas. Cena, solo las sopas de la entrada están buenas. Ducha buena presión y agua caliente agradable Cama confortable y almohadas a elección Check in bueno y las personas del front desk cordiales Malo: Tomamos la media pensión, la cena no fue buena, hay un menú fijo, pero las opciones dentro del menu son malas, comida muy condimentada estilo indio, no nos gustó. Algunos días les pedimos cambiarla por una pasta vegetariana sin carne lo cual accedieron pero comer lo mismo todos los dias cansa. Deben reeestructurar su menu de almuerzo y cena, no es bueno y no tienen opciones variadas para vegetarianos. Postes a excepción del pudding toffe los encontré malos, deben seleccionar mejor su fruta, seca y sin sabor. El servicio de la cena también es malo, muy lento, se equivocaban en los pedidos y no había gente en el restaurant a veces estábamos solo nosotros. Habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento, las alfombras ya tienen olor y también huelen a cigarrillo.
