Very good staff. Special mention of Mr. Felomina who assisted us from day 1, helped us get a good room n settle in. All requests were immediately attended to. Only thing thry can look at refreshing their breakfast menu we wre statuing for a week and every single day the same spread felt boring by the end of our stay. Cleanliness is very good. And superb location very easy access to metro, mall, small Restaurants .

This was our 5th time returning to the Pullman and as always it was amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful, no query is too much. The cleanliness of the studio was top class and the pool and gym facilities were spotless. Looking forward to visiting over Christmas again with my family!

This was a family holiday with my parents, Juan and Mahmoud at the hotel really looked after us. The service was outstanding from the moment you walk in with the concierge Faizan and his team , Housekeeping, Laundry by Basnui , Oussama and his team at the restaurant made sure we were not bored of our Half bored for 6 days. What amazing staff, Juan was always on hand with a smile on his face to help with any request. We were provided with Wheelchairs for my parents straight away. We can't wait to come back again and enjoy the hotel and take a scroll to the mall after Dinner! Excellent location to where to you want to go.
