Our stay at Pullman Residences was absolutely seamless and perfect in every way. Every staff member, right from the concierge staff, the security, to the front desk, to the housekeeping staff - - literally all of them did their job with all their heart and a smile on their face all the time! We felt as if it was that our own family helping us with things. This is a hallmark which I noticed in my stay at Pullman residences last year and the same this year.. All the toiletries, towels, linen, and everything that needed to be changed on a daily basis was done perfectly, without the need to call for it, or remind your team to come in and do the needful There was generosity of time and commitment towards the clean ship and upkeep of our room, which I truly appreciate and I’m grateful for!’ 15 days at your hotel went away in a breeze and made us leave Pullman with a heavy heart because we were served an impeccable hospitality and kindness that warmed our hearts while we travelled back home to India. A special mention of Ms. Linn Linn who checked us in, Suman ( our housekeeping staff ), Mr Philomeno ( the conceirge) And the security gentleman , whose name I’m unfortunately missing on, who always made things seamless! Thank you to one and all for this experience. The next time I will book this hotel directly with the Pullman reservations, and not through a travel agent

The apartments are Cozy, well equipped and so clean neat tidy and you can feel luxurious at ease! The housekeeping team Tham and Shambhu are absolutely delightful and made our stay the most convenient and comfortable! Love this place and their welcoming staff

Tout était parfait. L'hôtel est bien situé à côté d'une galerie marchande. Le personnel a été très attentif et le personnel de nettoyage au petit soin. Il y a une superbe piscine au 8ème étage. On s'est senti très bien dans cet hôtel.

Llegamos a media noche al aeropuerto de Dubai y el hotel está cerca, en taxi solo toman 15 mins. Nos recibieron con una bebida fresca y nos dieron un up grade a una residencia con habitación separada (preciosa!), además de late check out, lo cual agradecí mucho por el cambio de horario al que nos enfrentábamos. También nos dieron vistas al creek. Aunque el hotel no está cerca de la parte de Bruj Khalifa se alcanza a ver desde la ventana. La recepción fue muy amable, y fueron muy serviciales para darnos indicaciones de donde se servía el desayuno (en el hotel adyacente, al que se accede por el estacionamiento). También es muy sencillo acceder al centro comercial que está anexo. Se pueden hacer las compras del super en el carrefour y utilizar la cocineta de la residencia. Desafortunadamente solo estuve una noche. Pero es una excelente opción para estancias largas, aunque las distancias en Dubai son enormes para ir a cualquier parte. Los taxis son baratos así que son la opción para moverse en los alrededores. La habitación era muy elegante, con todo casi nuevo, amplio y con vistas al creek. La cama muy cómoda, dormí excelente. La única parte que deben revisar es que el agua de la regadera tiende a salirse por la puerta de cristal y el baño se llena de agua en el piso. La residencia cuenta con lavadora de ropa, plancha y la cocina está equipada totalmente. En mi caso la cafetera no funcionó pero no la reporté por que no iba a tener mas tiempo de utilizarla. Al instalarnos llegaron a preparar la cama extra que es el sofá de la sala. No sé si es cómoda pero se veía razonablemente bien. La parte tradicional o vieja de Dubai queda muy cerca del Hotel y también el estadio de tennis de Dubai al cual fuimos por que coincidió el torneo abierto de tennis. Para acceder a la alberca se utiliza un pasillo que une a las residencias con el Hotel por el piso 8. El personal de seguridad les pedirá su número de habitación para utilizar las instalaciones, supongo que es para que sea exclusivo de los huéspedes. Las instalaciones son amplias, las albercas están en espacio abierto y hay unas camas muy amplias para poder descansar. Cuentan con un bar en el área. El desayuno era muy bueno, con gran variedad de alimentos, que mas bien parecía bufette de comida. Había de todo para cualquier gusto y también platillos árabes tradicionales los cuales probamos con gran curiosidad. Todo el personal fue extremadamente amable. Muy recomendable, volvería a quedarme ahí!
