It is concerning to hear that you did not receive the benefits associated with your Silver status as an Accor member. We strive to ensure that our loyal guests are acknowledged and receive the services they deserve. I also regret that your room did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the bed configuration and the view. Regarding the refrigerator, please note that the minibar is standard and, as such, the temperature may not be the same as a regular fridge. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
