The property is lovely and located very close to the Cenang Centre and the beach. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable The breakfast is excellent and varied The service is adequate They have a great pool and well maintained I would definitely stay again A few suggestions The shower is either too hot or cold Drainage in the shower area is unsatisfactory They need to have more umbrellas for the guests

I am a long term Accor member with Silver status. I wasn’t offered any of the benefits I am entitled to and was given a room that had two beds pushed up against each other instead of a king bed I booked. It overlooked a bus depot. To add insult to injury the young man who checked me in offered no explanation and even sent me in the opposite direction to where my room was situated. The refrigerator I needed for my medication was not cold and although the maintenance man checked it and said it was fine I have had experience of the same model fridges in other hotels that were much colder.

It is concerning to hear that you did not receive the benefits associated with your Silver status as an Accor member. We strive to ensure that our loyal guests are acknowledged and receive the services they deserve. I also regret that your room did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the bed configuration and the view. Regarding the refrigerator, please note that the minibar is standard and, as such, the temperature may not be the same as a regular fridge. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I am also sorry for the issues you faced during the check-in process. We expect our staff to provide clear directions and assistance, and it is unfortunate that this did not happen. Your feedback is invaluable, and I will be sharing your comments with our team to help enhance our guest experience moving forward.
