Quite nice peripherial hotel, good stuff, good sleep quality, great footd excellent breakfast. But now hotel is closed because of bankrupt.

Horrible experience

Booked hotel weeks ahead, on arrival the reception asked to wait until check-in time, which was totally fine. When we returned the receptionist declined booking and said that they have overbooking on this day. Completely ruined travel plans.

No a/c in rooms as mgt had decided to turn it off.

Really disappointing that a/c in rooms has been deliberately switched off. When asked to turn on I was informed that it was not the season. V poor and will unlikely use hotel again. Staff seemed irrated that I was even raising the question. Dont advertise rooms as being a/c. Uncomfortably hot and really poor night stay.

Very good business hotel. In my opinion, the best Mercure in Warsaw. Close to the city bypass, train station across the street. Very good breakfasts, plenty of choice. The hotel is fairly new and modern. Spacious rooms, most (if not all) with a kitchenette. This is my next stay, there will be many more. Nice and helpful staff.

That was my another stay in this hotel. Again was excellent specially in the bar and lounge area. Special thanks for Rafal from the bar. He is great value for the hotel.. Very warm and welcoming reception staff. Definitely coming back next year.
