Great accommodation, not far away from Chopin aiport (ask for renovated room!!!). Free taxi shuttle to the aiport but only after 6 am.

I had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Warsaw Airport during a business trip, and I am absolutely delighted! The hotel offers comfortable and modern rooms, perfect for relaxing after a day full of meetings. A huge advantage is the fantastic staff – always smiling, professional, and ready to help in any situation. The location, between the city center and the airport, is very convenient, and the hotel’s atmosphere makes the stay exceptionally enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business!

Worst hotel experience I ever had

Room was very old and dirty, first one I got was also smelly. It looks like some room from 90's. Bathroom looked like in the hospital. Def not worth the price.

A good choice to stay for the airport area

A mid-range hotel close to the airport. The city is about five kilometres away, but bus 175 stops at the other side of the road and will take you there in 20 to 25 minutes. The same bus in the opposite direction that connects to the airport in 10 minutes. Check in was quick and I was allocated room 685 on the Executive Floor. Two water bottles in the fridge, but they weren't replaced after using them. A safe in the room and a comfortabele bed. The shower was fine. The Wi-Fi signal was to weak in my room, so I had to switch to using roaming if I wanted to work. I skipped the clean, so no comments about the cleaning. The bar and restaurant were I enjoyed my welcome drink had a nice vibe. Overall a decent hotel for a decent price.

It's a terrible value for money!!!

Let's start with the pros: I was able to check in at 8am because the room was free. I was very grateful for this and it could have overridden many of the cons. The breakfast is amazing, really unusual a lot of variety, the only thing I lacked was sweet juices and other sweet drinks. That's what the 2 stars are for. And now to the minuses: There is no height mirror in the room, it is impossible to see how you look from the outside. Eye and laundry service is unavailable on weekends, the door to the toilet stuck. For 170 euros a night for one you get a view of the parking lot from the window, and a complete lack of cosmetics in the room. When I discovered that the room was basic with no bathrobe, towel or toothbrush, I went to the reception. Where I was told that slippers and bathrobe were not available to me as I had a standard room. But you understand, the hotel has a pool outside where you can't change and you can't walk to it across the hotel in a swimsuit. And I realizing this, offered to pay to rent a robe and slippers, to which I was rudely told that it was impossible. I was very upset! One of the factors why I chose this hotel was the swimming pool, which I did not go to..... Also one of the big disadvantages for me was the lack of information about the hotel in the room. Usually in a hotel room you can find basic information - breakfast time, pool location and opening time, basic service, location of the ironing room, various transportation suggestions nearby, etc. There were a lot of minor flaws and everything could have been justified if it wasn't for the price.... For this price you could get a room in the best hotels in the center of Warsaw. I am disappointed.

As for the bathrobe and slippers, bathrobes are indeed part of the amenities included in our higher-category Executive rooms. However, we are always happy to provide slippers and additional towels for guests who wish to use the pool—just let our reception team know. Additionally, there is a changing room located at the back of the pool area for guest use. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the toilet door and the unavailability of certain services during the weekend. Your comments have been shared with the relevant teams to address these matters. Finally, we regret that the in-room information was not sufficient. Most of our hotel information is shared verbally during check-in, and we also display key details—such as breakfast and pool opening hours—in the elevators. That said, we understand this may not be ideal for all guests, and we’re currently reviewing ways to improve how we communicate this information in-room. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and helps us continue to improve.
