Мы с мужем купили пакет "все включено". Мы рано просыпаемся. Нам не понравилось, что напитки в этом пакете мы можем получить только с 12:00. с чем связано? Очень портит. В один день у нас в номере отключили электричество. Остальное супер.

Плюсы: Отель расположен в тихом и спокойном месте острова идеально подходит для отдыха, имеет собственный пляж что так же неплохо. Минусы: 1. Не далеко от отеля идет стройка шум с 8 до 23 часов 2. Сам отель «уставший» и требует ремонта, в первый же день сломалось что то на крыше в результате чего стоял гул мешающий спать. 3. Еда однообразная и с не большим выбором. Почти нет мясных и рыбных блюд. 4. Персонал горничных не очень дружелюбный, за 2 недели 1 раз поменяли постельное белье и то после того как об этом прямо сказали, про полотенца вообще молчу наверное раз 3 поменяли. 5. Пляж сам по себе не плохой, но его редко чистят от того что приносит океан. 6. Депозит как только вы уезжаете вернуть его тот ещё квест то ждите 5 дней то 10 то 40 7. Мало развлечений в отеле.

While I’m pleased that you enjoyed the tranquility of our location and the privacy of our beachfront, I sincerely regret that several elements of your stay did not meet your expectations. I would like to clarify a few aspects of our operations, in response to the points you raised. Our culinary offerings are designed to provide both variety and balance. Across our restaurants, we feature at least three types of fish and a selection of meats—often including chicken, duck, beef, and lamb. These are available daily alongside a full à la carte menu. Additionally, we offer chef’s specials each day at Edge Beach Club, and themed Mediterranean buffets every evening at Aqua Restaurant. On Sundays, our Indian Chef curates a special Indian dinner, offering a different culinary experience to close the week. On the matter of pricing, all our outlets clearly display prices inclusive of tax and service charge. This is a decision I made as I, myself, as a customer, I dislike being taken by surprised when the bill comes. If there was any confusion, it may have come from a nearby establishment, as we found no discrepancy in your billing. We also host live entertainment every day, including performances by saxophonists, singers, DJs, and live bands. These events are scheduled and communicated through our digital concierge application, as well as displayed in key areas throughout the property to ensure visibility. Our beachfront is cleaned a minimum of four times per day, including early morning and low-tide hours. That said, changing tides and natural conditions may at times bring in ocean debris, and we address these occurrences as promptly as possible. Regarding the deposit process, please rest assured that pre-authorised amounts are released automatically upon check-out. However, the timeframe for the credit to reflect in your account is dependent on banks’ processing time—a factor outside of our control. Your comments regarding service, room condition, and housekeeping have been taken seriously and are currently under review with the relevant departments. What you described does not reflect the commitments we have and the standards we aim to uphold. I regret that this impacted your perception of our property. Thank you once again for your feedback.
