Wonderful stay – truly deserves its stars. Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast, and a very smooth overall experience. As ALL Accor Diamond members, we really felt that all the benefits and recognition linked to our status were fully respected. A special mention for the Kids Club, which was fantastic. Huge thanks to the team: NOON, LEENA, ZJ, and FIFA, for their kindness and great care of the children. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly come back.

I would like to sincerely commend King from the Reception team for his outstanding service and genuine care. From the moment of arrival, King demonstrated true professionalism, attention to detail, and a warm, positive attitude. His service went beyond routine responsibilities he was attentive, respectful, and always willing to assist with sincerity. This made the stay feel welcoming, comfortable, and truly memorable. King is a great example of a team member who represents the values and service standards of Pullman Panwa Beach Phuket exceptionally well. With continued support and opportunities, I strongly believe he has great potential to grow and become an important asset to the organization. Great Resort! We had 2 nights in good experience. Micky is so nice. He can speak Chinese greatly, so it’s comfortable for Chinese to be here.

Quiet cosy hotel with lovely private beach

Cosy quiet hotel with nice bar , pools , beach , and friendly staff. The hotel is in a quiet part of Phuket Panwa bay and it has a lovely private beach. The Pool is very nice also. Rooms are nice but walkways and walls of hotel show that it is a bit old. Main downside is it is a bit far from anywhere and the local shops and restaurants close to the hotel are not that great! It took 1 hour 20 minutes to get to the airport by taxi so not close.

Thai Smiles come easily and naturally here!

We had a beautiful five night stay. We generally prefer smaller boutique hotels but this friendly and accommodating staff do everything they can to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. So many people to thank, first Darren and Aun, in Aqua restaurant, Nanny Breakfast check in,The Guest Relations crews, Anton, Suradet, Thira, Jop, Micky and Bah (Habiba) Nat, Champ, Pun, Tom, Cindy, Tong, Yany and Julián helped navigate Accor membership status. The German chef is a delight as well. Our room 5044 was a little tired and could use a refresh but the size and outdoor soaking tub was a real plus. We loved the beach and the neighboring Panwan Cafe and Indian Curry restaurants across the street.
