Dear MARIA JOCELYN N, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re delighted you appreciated the hospitality of our team, the cleanliness of our rooms, and the family-friendly amenities throughout the resort. Please note that our shuttle service is primarily dedicated to beach transfers, as this is the most common and in-demand route among our guests. To ensure consistent availability for everyone, we’re unable to extend the service to the town centre. Alternatively, we recommend arranging private transportation for trips beyond Kata beach area. Regarding the poolside concern, the manager stepped in purely out of concern for guest safety. Jumping from the pool edge is not permitted as it can lead to injuries and goes against our safety regulations, which are in place to protect all guests—especially children. Thank you again for recognizing the efforts in making guest stay memorable. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even more enjoyable stay.
