Dear Mr. K., Thank you for taking the time to share your experience during your stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. We are delighted to know that you found our breakfast excellent and enjoyed dining in our restaurant, as our culinary team works hard to deliver memorable dining experiences for all our guests. At the same time, we are truly sorry to know that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding your comment on takeaway coffee at breakfast, please allow us to clarify that we are flexible with coffee being taken away. For in-room dining, our menu is available around the clock, with preparation and delivery usually taking approximately 40 minutes. During busier times, when multiple orders are placed at once, this process may take a little longer, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. We also understand your concern about the television features. While our TVs may not have built-in applications such as Netflix, we do provide Chromecast, which allows guests to connect and stream their preferred apps. Our team is always available to assist with setup upon request, and we apologize if this was not clearly explained during your stay. As for your requests during the stay, we regret that some items were not available. For example, medication cannot be provided by the hotel due to health and safety regulations, as we must take into account possible allergies or medical complications. However, our team is always ready to provide information on the nearest pharmacy or assist with arrangements to ensure guest comfort. Your feedback on the room condition and the cleanliness of the elevator has also been shared with the concerned departments to ensure improvements are made promptly, as this does not reflect the standards we strive to uphold. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your valuable feedback. While we regret that your experience fell short of expectations on this occasion, we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide a more seamless and pleasant stay in the future.
