Tuvimos una estancia agradable en el hotel. Buenas instalaciones, tranquilidad y buena calidad de los productos en el desayuno. Lo único que mejoraríamos es el tiempo del check out ya que estuvimos casi 30 minutos esperando para poder realizarlo.

Ha sido uno de los mejores hoteles en los qué hemos estado. La atención al cliente es impresionante y junto con la limpieza , la comida y el entorno hacen que no quieras salir. Está ubicado en un entorno privilegiado, lejos del bullicio de la zona de Patong.

Contras: las habitaciones no corresponden a hotel de 5 estrellas y necesitan un update. Por otro lado, es complicado moverse por el hotel sin perderse. A favor: la ubicación no puede ser mejor en Phuket, lejos del bullicio de Patong pero cerca de la ciudad y de todas las playas. Además cuenta con un shuttle gratuito a varios lugares. Ubicación extraordinaria en cuanto a las vistas que ofrece, en lo alto de la colina, pudiendo ver el mar y las montañas, espectacular. Otro punto muy positivo es el servicio del hotel en todos sus departamentos. Especialmente quiero felicitar a Matt por facilitarnos un cambio de habitación en la cual estuvimos más contentos. Y que decir del desayuno…excelente!
