החדר היה מרווח, נקי ומעוצב בטוב טעם. המיטה הייתה נוחה וניכרת הקפדה על כל פרט קטן. הצוות במלון כולם היו אדיבים, חייכנים, ומוכנים לעזור בכל בקשה, תודה מיוחדת לkam נציגת הקבלה. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה ומגוונת. המיקום של המלון היה מעולה מה שאיפשר לנו להתנייד בקלות. בקיצור תמורה מלאה למחיר!

ประทับใจการบริการที่โรงแรมนี้มากครับ พนักงานให้การต้อนรับดีทุกส่วน ตั้งแต่การต้อนรับส่วนหน้า พนักงานยกกระเป๋าการเช็คอิน โดยเฉพาะห้องอาหารผมประทับใจที่สุด พนักงานทุกคนบริการดีและยิ้มแย้ม ที่ห้องอาหารช่วงดินเนอร์ และช่วงเช้า ผมขอชื่นชม บังสา ให้ความใส่ใจและบริการดีมาก คุณฟ้า และคุณฟิน และทีม ก็เช่นกัน อาหารรสชาติดีมากถูกปาก แต่อยากให้เพิ่มเรื่องกับข้าวที่เป็นอาหารไทยอีกสักหน่อย ครับ

מלון מרשים במיוחד! העיצוב מהמם – שילוב של מודרני וקלאסי, עם תחושה של אלגנטיות בכל פינה. החדרים מרווחים, נקיים מאוד ומאובזרים עד לפרט האחרון, עם מיטות נוחות להפליא. הבריכה המרכזית פשוט וואו – לא גדולה במיוחד, אבל מטופחת ומוקפת באווירה רגועה שממש עושה חשק להישאר במלון ולא לזוז. המתקנים הנוספים במלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר עשירה, מגוונת וטעימה – עם מבחר רחב שמתאים לכל סגנון, כולל אופציות בריאות וגם פינוקים מתוקים. הצוות יוצא מן הכלל – תמיד עם חיוך, שירותי, אדיב ודואג לכל פרט קטן, מה שהפך את השהות לחוויה מיוחדת במינה. מלון מושלם למי שמחפש שילוב של נוחות ושירות מעולה במיקום מצוין בפטונג. מומלץ בחום!
