First time staying back at the Mercure post renovations, check-in was seamless and the new check in area looks amazing. Staff from check-in to check out were fantastic, I was lucky enough to stay in one of the newly renovated pool villas , clean, very modern and bed was extremely comfortable , having my own private pool through another NT heat wave was the highlight of my stay .

Outstanding service from front desk when our flight out of Darwin was cancelled. The team were friendly, patient and went above and beyond. Thank you to the front desk staff for your help and kindness. Pools were great, had a great meal at Cossies and free shuttle to and from airport saved us a hot walk and was very efficient.

I had a day to kill between flights thought I’d relax at the airport hotel. Disappointing end to an amazing holiday in the Kimberley. Toilet had an issue in the room, sure these things happen but it’s how the issue is handled was the problem. I was told to pack up they’d allocate another room. Ready to move someone else comes and decides to try and fix the loo, after travelling all day not good. Loo couldn’t be fixed finally get another room. Offered complimentary breakfast and late checkout next morning. I checked with reception before going to break to confirm the complimentary breakfast in place. At breakfast place they had no knowledge of this, I had to explain and wait for them to confirm- frustrating and felt uncomfortable having to go through this in front of others waiting. Then housekeeping knock to ask why I haven’t vacated yet!!!!!

Deze keer verbleef ik in de bungalow. Lekker ruim. Mooi verblijf. Helaas deed de wifi het daar niet. Ik ben naar de receptie gegaan maar er waren geen andere kamers meer beschikbaar. De wifi zou gemaakt gaan worden. Helaas is dat tijdens mij verblijf niet gelukt. Vaak moeten wij offshore medewerkers vroeg de helikopter pakken. Het zou fijn zijn als er een vroeg ontbijt buffet zou zijn. Ook zou het fijn zijn als er een goede koffiemachine bij de receptie zou staan in geval van erg vroeg uitchecken. Weer heerlijk gegeten in jullie restaurant.

Kleine kamer. Jammer dat de roomservice afgeschaft is. Bar tot 10 uur open is veel te kort. Eten is goed.
