This property is extraordinary! A safe and lush haven in the business of Rio. Thank you to Rafaella for her exquisite care of us. Her service was top notch. Thank you also to Thiago for the service at dinner. The hotel is a refurbished coffee plantation and you feel the history in the walls.

An idyllic location and idyllic facility a fabulous pool amazing staff. unfortunately the dining room Teres dinner is not up to par with the rest of the hotel. So much to appreciate and describe at this enclave at top of the hill in Rio the pool is beautiful large, and the nucleus of this facility

This was an excellent option in Rio de Janeiro for a luxury experience. Every detail was well curated. The spa treatments were nothing short of a must do after a long trip or day sightseeing. I went there twice. The chef and restaurant team are extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I am single which sometimes causes restaurants to pay less attention to me - not the case here! The food was off the charts fabulous. I’d normally never say this about a hotel restaurant. I loved the onion crème brûlée, duck, and breakfast buffet. The front desk staff were super kind taking care of everything. The room was also very comfortable and clean. The cookies were a nice touch.

Incredible property, staff, and service. I loved this hotel because it provides such a different experience from the traditional beach hotel locations in Copacabana or Ipanema. Tucked in the beautiful hills of Santa Teresa, this property was everything we hoped for and more. All the Trip Advisor reviews about the excellent service and accommodations couldn't have been more accurate. From the check in experience, to the hotel tour, to the pool, dining and spa experiences were unmatched. Gorgeous views of Rio as well! Would absolutely recommend this as a must stay if you are making the trip to Rio or Brazil in general. Special credit to Rafaella at the front desk, who made us feel at hour and provided us late checkout the day of our departure. The pool bar was a terrific dinning and drink experience as well. We became friends with the Bar Tender Cicero, he's wonderful, and provided excellent service.
