The food are fresh, deicious and have a lot of variation. Mbak Vina is also helpful explaining us the benefits of joining accor member. One thing that may become input is the location of spoon and fork, they can put it in various places. Overall it’s a pleasant experience staying in this hotel.

Buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner really supper awesome!

This hotel really awesome especially their buffet food, i already stay in this hotel twice (2023 and 2024) and got buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They always provide different menu, various and all of them really delicious. They also had live music, at dining area or pool, and when i had lunch, there was jaipong dance attraction at lobby. The room not small, enough for me, provide hairdryer, 2 glass bottle of mineral water and one jar for refill the water, they provide dispenser near lift area in every floors. The tv channels also good. The pool had 2 size, one for children and at night you can saw city light from above. Even if you dont buy buffet dining, cikini provide so many foods to try on. Nice place, nice service!

the location was great. Room was ok. we stayed in the weekend and there was a kids activity near the swimming pool. was great, for kids. we made mix of syrup. the bartender pak wandi and the staff fannie were great. the swimming pool in the rooftop. little bit small but ok

Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my friend would surely choose it again next time for kur bussiness. Great location, great service, friendly staff (Especially for helping me to find my wallet, I would like to thank Ms Pau who helped me find my lost items. very helpfull) And somepoint ; Good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Thank you!
