I had a wonderful dining experience at this hotel. The food was exceptionally delicious, with a great variety of flavors that truly hit the spot. I was also very impressed by the cleanliness and neatness of the restaurant; the staff clearly takes great pride in maintaining a tidy environment. Above all, the service was outstanding. The staff members were incredibly warm, polite, and attentive to every detail. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Mercure Jakarta Sabang for a business trip as an ALL – Accor Live Limitless Member representing Nusa Halmahera Minerals, and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located and ideal for corporate travel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with reliable Wi-Fi that supported my work well. Special appreciation to Vica from the Front Office for her professional, friendly, and efficient assistance during check-in and check-out. Breakfast was enjoyable with good variety, perfect to start a busy workday. Overall, a reliable and comfortable choice for business and corporate travelers. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta.

Stay for 1 night only, but upon check in was greet by Viva as a front office receptions, the hospitality is very nice, warm welcome and also the room is very clean and tidy. The food also good expecially the burger menu. I'm happy to share this review and want to come back for stay. Ps : I joined as ALL Accor also.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The menu for breakfasts was changing day by day. The service and the staff were on the highest level, I felt very welcomed. Thank you so much for the friendly atmosphere and amazing experience!

Room is spacious, clean and comfy. Hotel staff are kindly and helpful especially staff named Rizal he’s very welcome. I love the breakfast menu, they have instant noodle stall here. Keep up the good work.
