Frecillia TripAdvisor review

This is the first time we are in Pullman Lombok. The kids activies are awesome...especially the mini bartender time. They have also the cupcake decoration, ballon decoration, little firsherman and origami. Thanks to Kak Haris who teach Samantha patiently. We recommend for family with children to join Pullman Lombok kids club while they are staying here. So much fun.

Im about to give 11 but theres minuses from the room & bar for redeeming the drinks Room: theres tomcat in the bathtub and another one on the bed... One each for that minus 3 Bar : it was soooo long.... There was no queue. For that minus 1. Staff : great staff, we had 4 rooms with my family and she handle it great! Her name is Skyy by the way, she handled our luggages well too! Lotsa love for you and concierge team! Was talking for 11 points before therefore this one adds 1star Reservation: it was useless to get a voucher for room upgrades.

Good service on the whole however found that calling reception was sometimes engaged line. Breakfast needs improving. Not good at all. Buffet was cold and not appetizing. Limited bottled water - 5 star hotels must provide clean drinking water!!!

Room very clean, pool located in front of the beach which has very superb view at sunset. Breakfast really delicious and of course especially the birthday cake for my wife, thanks a lot!
