It was an amazing experience, the room and appliances were all very nice. Staff are friendly especially one that catch my attention, miss maya if i’m not mistaken. She helped me with the checkouts and everything fast, handle my request well, very helpful and friendly. My overall experience was amazing place, staff, view, they have their own standards on doing business.

Nice big hotel with a great buffet breakfast. Attentive staff, special thanks to Jin /Jean/ who did a sunset walk with us. There is a fantastic view from neighbouring hills. We appreciated free daily shuttle to Kuta. The only small drawback for us was the beach which wasn’t suitable for swimming.

Best Hotel at Lombok!

Had so much fun staying at Pullman Mandalika! Coming at the end of the year (mid-November), it rained during most of our stay, but the hotel offered plenty of activities to keep us entertained. Overall, it was an amazing experience, especially the archery session with Mas Iddin. He is a friendly staff member who accompanied us throughout the activity. Thank you for the hospitality?
