The hotel staff is rude and discrimatory. They discriminated against me because of my Asian ethnicity and skin color. My bag was lost at the airport and when the airline staff brought the bag to my hotel, they were willing to bring it to my room on the fifths floor - but the hotel staff asked me to come down and get it. When I went to the lobby to get it, they said.they did not have it and mocked me. Then after one hour they asked me to come and get it again. Their policy allows food to be delivered to guest rooms - yet when Iordered food, the hotel staff asked me to come down to the lobby and get it from the vendor! When I asked about restaurants nearby, they were rude ans did not give me a proper response. My bathroom sink and toilet leaked all the time. Terrible staff, terrible room and terrible experience! Avoid this hotel! They discriminate against people of different ethnicity and skin color!

Nice hotel, clean room. Place to work, good internet. Great breakfast options. Great bar with a lot of drinks, also local craft beer. Close to park and two stadiums - Legia and National. Also restaurant in lobby looks good, but we didn't eat there.

Hemos estado cuatro días la familia por vacaciones y la verdad que hemos estado genial

Muy buen desayuno, el hotel en general no queda cerca de las atracciones turísticas (app caminando son 45 minutos al casco histórico) y tiene lo básico si uno considera el precio. La pieza es bastante pequeña igual que el baño. No cuenta con sistema de auto lavado para la ropa pero encontramos a 20 minutos a pie una lavandería automática. El hotel es en general cómodo pero alejado.

El personal de este hotel no es nada agradable. Llegamos y tras identificarnos y decir que tenemos reserva nos dicen que no tienen habitaciones dobles y que si queremos dos separadas. Lógicamente decimos que no. Nos dicen que teníamos reserva en otro Ibis y que debido a la sondemos nos han transferido a su hotel, cosa que no era cierta, pues nuestra reserva era en el Ibis Styles Centrum. Nos negamos a aceptar lo que nos ofrecían, pues no era lo que habíamos reservado (nos dijeron que si queríamos una habitación individual con sofá...) Al cabo de un rato nos dan una habitación doble. La habitación correcta, es bonita, pero la cama no es demasiado cómoda. El buffet, debido a la pandemia, ha desaparecido, tienen 4 cosas preparadas que te ofrece una camarera desganada (adjunto foto) Horrible el desayuno, no lo contrates. El hotel se llama “centrum” pero está a 3 kilómetros del centro, unos 30-40 minutos caminando.
