3eme séjour dans cet hôtel et la qualité du petit déjeuner s’est énormément dégradée. La diversité du buffet, du personnel débordé, jus de fruits, beurre pain en rupture et de qualité moyenne pour ce type d’hôtel. Choix des pains très limite Vraiment très déçu du breakfast malgré un prix élevé. Par contre il y a beaucoup d’effort pour réduire notre impact environnemental (eau filtrée dans les chambres, gourde etc..). C’est une bonne chose.

Très bonne accueil personnel très agréable professionnel,en revanche je préfère l’ancien salon vip il plus de confort plutôt plus confortable et agréable plus calme et il y plus de choix au au buffet très chaleureux et calme pour travailler

Hôtel parfaitement tenu avec un personnel tout à fait disponible et sympathique. Un seul reproche, le club millesime est beaucoup moins agréable que les années précédentes. Un grand merci à l’équipe de ce même club qui nous ont accueilli tous les soirs avec leur belle humeur

Une expérience exceptionnelle avec un service de très grande qualité.Nous étions aux petits soins. Nous avons été impressionné par le professionnalisme des équipes et tout particulièrement de Clémence le chef Concierge et Mickael son assistant. Encore merci pour la réservation au Marina Bay Sands «  Cé la Vi » pour la soirée de mon anniversaire 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽😘 Ma petite famille et moi gardons des souvenirs merveilleux du Sofitel city center de Singapour. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits avec 2 chambres communicantes. Les chambres sont parfaites. Curieusement, le ménage n’est fait qu’un jour deux. Sofitel est l’excellence de l’hôtellerie à la française par définition. Cela est moins vrai à Singapour et je pense que c’est plus la conséquence d’une différence culturelle majeure. Ainsi, la salle de petit déjeuner est très vaste et belle, mais avec les clients présents, je me serais cru dans une cantine scolaire! Le service est nettement perfectible également (par ex: le café latte commandé a été oublié). Le club millesime était très bien même si en rénovation durant notre séjour et temporairement dans un espace moins chic.
