Prima hotel. Ruime en schone kamers. Lobby is ruim met een groot bar gedeelte. Erg goed en vriendelijke mensen. Het ontbijt is prima. Zwembad als rooftop is ook ruim en mooi. Gym is klein maar netjes. Al met al een uitstekend hotel. De ligging is overigens ook prima. 20 minuten wandelend naar Marina bay. Dicht bij veel restaurants.

Sehr schöne Suite, sehr sauber. Gute Schlafqualität und sehr ruhig. Schade war, dass unser 8jähriger Sohn in der Club Lounge nicht erwünscht war. Hier wäre eine Optimierung der Buchungssysteme wünschenswert: Wenn ein Club-Access-Zimmer mit Kind gebucht wird, sollte man auf die Vorbehalte hingewiesen werden. Schöner Pool. Gute Lage.

Le pire Sofitel que j ai fait dans ma vie, un accueil déplorable sans aucune personnalisation, aucune attention pour membre all Accor, même pas un accompagnement aux ascenseurs, une chambre frigorifique réglée à 16 degrés, 30 minutes d attente pour les bagages…. L assistant manager qui me traite limite de menteur et une directrice qui ne daigne même pas répondre à mon mail. Sofitel l élégance à la Française ???? Ici c est l inélégance !

El desayuno podría ser algo mejor, en particular por el precio tan elevado de estos desayunos buffet. Todo lo demás me pareció muy bien, inmejorable en algunos aspectos (localización, atención de todos los empleados).
