Gutes 5 Sternhotel , schön ausgestattete Zimmer, moder und Elegant. Ist ca 20 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Frühstück okay aber nicht mehr. Dinner im Italiennischen Restaurant sehr gut. Personal im ganzen Hotel freundlich aber sehr langsam und unorganisiert.

As an Accor Gold member, I expected more. No upgrade, and after my complaint I had to wait 25 minutes only to receive the same room type on a higher floor, in a hotel that was clearly not full. No welcome note, no fruit, no personal touch. The room was comfortable, but the overall experience lacked the warmth and attention to detail that define true five-star hospitality. Unfortunately, this means I would not choose this property again.

Thanks to mr. Kajav yang sudah membersihkan kamar kami dgn sangat baik. Liburan jd terasa lebih baik thank you Sofitel. sebenarnya perjalanan kami ke KL bukan utk berlibur namun utk berobat. Tp karena hasil nya semua memuaskn, kami memutuskan utk extend beberapa hari & memilih Sofitel menjadi destinasi kami :)

Très beaux hôtel avec un personnel très accueillant et très gentil souriant Très satisfait de mon séjour très bonne équipe avec un directeur gentil très pro qui vous fasse en sorte que votre séjour ce passe à merveille Et il peut être satisfait de son équipe au top Il m'a réconcilier avec les hôtel sofitel Car mon dernier séjour dans un dofitel celui de medine été horrible avec un accueil désagréable d ailleurs il devrait apprendre à Mme karma el idrissi de venir faire un stage chez eux à kuala lampur pour apprendre ce que c est un accueil agréable Félicitations à toute l équipe et bonne continuation vous m avez motivé pour revenir dans un sofitel digne du nom Bon courage
