As an Accor Gold member, I expected more. No upgrade, and after my complaint I had to wait 25 minutes only to receive the same room type on a higher floor, in a hotel that was clearly not full. No welcome note, no fruit, no personal touch. The room was comfortable, but the overall experience lacked the warmth and attention to detail that define true five-star hospitality. Unfortunately, this means I would not choose this property again.

ik heb uitstekend genoten van mijn verblijf , de service van elke werknemer individueel is op hoge niveau perfect. iedereen is zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. heb super genoten van het ontbijt en ben uitstekend geholpen door alle werknemers. mijn kamer was perfect en heb kunnen genieten van alle faciliteiten. tot snel weer !!
