酒店位置很好，去星光大道阿羅街都只要步行幾分鐘，甚至去雙子塔也可步行過去，附近都有大商場及各式各樣食店，選擇多元化，至於酒店就是比較傳統嘅五星酒店，獨立check-in 櫃檯，接待員小姐非常親切友善，亦主動協助我解決突發問題，另外有提供毛巾小食予我們在等侯時間，非常貼心😊房間在56樓觀景也不錯，望住吉隆坡市中心，設施齊備所有需要的東西也很完善，至於酒店設施中泳池及健身室就比較簡單。不得不提是酒店SPA按摩真的非常享受，一定要預先book，第2天想walk in都已經滿了！早餐是傳統英式嘆環境，主餐牌有選擇，亦有少少自助餐食，份量足夠。最令人讚賞是酒店大部份員工都親切友善很有禮貌。

Top Hotel in allerhöchster und bester Lage

Ich kenne sehr viele Hotels in Asien. Das Banyan Tree in KL ist schon eins der besten, dienlich bisher besucht habe; für Touristen wie für viele Geschäftsleute ist es perfekt zentral gelegen. Die direkte Anbindung an die riesige Shopping Mall „Pavillion“ und in der modernen Innenstadt ist optimal. Die Aussicht von allen Zimmern zwischen dem 53sten und 58sten Stockwerk (darunter gibt es keine Hotelzimmer mehr) des modernen Hochhaus-Komplexes ist phenomenal. Der Service ist top und alle im Team sind überall sehr zuvorkommend. Die Restaurants und v.a. Die Rooftopbar über mehrere Ebenen sind super, das Frühstück ist gut. Das neue Japanisch - Peruanische Restaurant ist mal etwas sehr besonderes und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert, wenn man mal etwas Neues ausprobieren möchte. Der verhältnismäßig große Pool ist auf dem 53 Stock ein Erlebsnis. Das Gym und v.a. die Umkleideräume - eigentlich gibt es keine wirklich - fallen etwas klein aus. Das Spa haben wir nicht ausprobiert ist aber bei Banyan Tree sowieso immer sehr gut. Alles in allem bin ich super zufrieden gewesen und komme bei meinem nächsten Besuch nach KL sicher wieder.

Excelente habitación, gran baño y muy buenas vistas. Buena cama y habitación silenciosa. Muy buen desayuno y excelente atención del personal. A 10 minutos andando de las Petronas y 10 minutos de la calle del jaleo. Totalmente recomendable

Geweldig nieuw hotel op perfecte plek in KL. Gelijk naast Pavilion mall en op loopafstand van allerlei interessante plekken. Wij verbleven met onze zoon van 5 in een signature room. Ruim genoeg voor 3 personen met een fenomenaal uitzicht. Ontbijt uit de kunst met geweldig uitzicht. Horizon grill is bijzonder goed met prima service (Firdaus is geweldig!) Bar op 59e is met jonge kinderen minder geschikt. Prijs is bijzonder goed voor dit niveau in KL en doet niet onder voor Four Seasons en Mandarin, maar scheelt wel 50%. Zwembad is super op de 53e, hoewel wat fris. Zonder twijfel een plek om terug te gaan! Speciale aandacht voor Belle in receptie en Hafiz bij het ontbijt. Bijzonder gastvrij!
