Das Hotel ist wunderschön, mit einer guten Lage und sehr sehr freundlichen Personal. Es ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Leider ist zur Zeit ein Gebäude im Bau direkt vor unsere Aussicht, aber dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts.

Der Luxus von Banyan Tree in einer pulsierenden Stadt.

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben Pavillon Kuala Lumpur, was direkt mit dem Banyan Tree verbunden ist. KL CC und die Petronas Tower, die ca. 800 Meter entfernt sind,kann man über einen bedachten Übergang erreichen. In den Food Courts kann man übrigens sehr gut essen. Die Rezeption des Banyan Tree liegt in der 53. Etage, genau wie der Pool und Spa. Unser, sehr großes und wunderschönes Zimmer lag in der 56. Etage mit tollem Blick auf KL. Das Frühstück wurde in der 58. Etage eingenommen und liess keine Wünsche offen. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Bar auf dem Dach.

¡Una experiencia excelente! La atención de Halim fue extraordinaria: amable, atenta y muy profesional. La carne estaba perfecta y el Caviar de Tiramisú espectacular. Además, las vistas a las Torres Petronas hicieron la velada inolvidable. ¡Muy recomendable!

Onnom1980 Gezinnen - Gecertificeerde beoordeling door TripAdvisor

Geweldig nieuw hotel op perfecte plek in KL. Gelijk naast Pavilion mall en op loopafstand van allerlei interessante plekken. Wij verbleven met onze zoon van 5 in een signature room. Ruim genoeg voor 3 personen met een fenomenaal uitzicht. Ontbijt uit de kunst met geweldig uitzicht. Horizon grill is bijzonder goed met prima service (Firdaus is geweldig!) Bar op 59e is met jonge kinderen minder geschikt. Prijs is bijzonder goed voor dit niveau in KL en doet niet onder voor Four Seasons en Mandarin, maar scheelt wel 50%. Zwembad is super op de 53e, hoewel wat fris. Zonder twijfel een plek om terug te gaan! Speciale aandacht voor Belle in receptie en Hafiz bij het ontbijt. Bijzonder gastvrij!
