This is a good business hotel with a short walk to the park, some restaurants and about 20mins to the main centre. Breakfast starts at 7am but they do offer a takeaway bag. Sadly the air conditioning didn’t work too well (room 515).

I was in charge of planning a school trip in the province of Brescia and so, I had to find a hotel and contacted Novotel! Staff is truly dedicated to satisfying its clients' requests 💪✅ and will Always try to propose the best offer for group bookings ! Efficient communication !

We booked a room with a king size bed and were supposedly “upgraded “ to a room with a queen size bed and a single chair, although a coffee machine was part of the upgrade apparently along with the two disposable paper cups and no refills for the coffee capsules which o had to go down to reception to get additional capsules. Breakfast on the first morning was a shambles! Worst Accor breakfast we have ever experienced! Staff were run off their feet trying to replenish food and clear tables whilst children run amok touching everything! Decided to leave a day early given our dissatisfaction to which staff were completely disinterested in! The only positive was the barman Michael who assisted us with booking dinner after reception had told us restaurant was closed, and provided an enjoyable time both days we stopped in for a drink. Accor need to look at the star rating in this hotel!

Have been going to this hotel for business and pleasure for fourteen years, the staff are excellent, has a swimming pool (check on opening times) restaurant has good food and the barmen veryk nowledgeable. 1.5 k walk to centre or a 8-10 euro taxi ride a good base for exploring northern Italy, Garda 8 mins away by train!!

Perfectly nice hotel within 15 minute walk of Brescia station, it is a bit of a funny walk through some big green open spaces - seemed safe enough but some randoms hanging about (nobody threatening, although I would not want to do it for the first time at night). Smallish pool looked nice set in its own area ,with gardens and sunbeds - although only open after 12 as cleaning takes place) and we lay on loungers for a while. Breakfast fine, room fine, public areas nice enough. Staff pleasant and helpful. Good supermarket opposite. Wasn't particularly memorable, was further from Brescia old town than we imagined, but that's on us, not them.
