Hôtel propre et sympathique, personnel accueillant et serviable. Récemment rénové, il est calme, et malgré son emplacement, on n'entend pas les voitures dans la rue. Attention : pour stationner, le mieux est de se rendre au parking du Centre Ville ou au parking Saint Marc, à quelques centaines de mètres de l'hôtel et aux tarifs abordables, car il est très difficile de stationner en ville et les places sont très chères.

The hotel feels a bit outdated. In our room, the walls had a few marks on and the bathroom felt like it could do with a deep clean. The breakfast is very simple.

EL HOTEL DE LOS HORRORES El hotel no tiene ventilación, cuando eso es ilegal en Francia. El Baño y el aseo están hechos dentro de lo que fue un antiguo armario. La puerta de la habitación demuestra que esto no es una habitación, fue un trastero para escobas en el pasado. La humedad era insoportable, sin ventilación ni aire acondicionado. La bañera rota, no se podía bloquear la entrada de agua. El ascensor no es un ascensor, es un montacargas de los años 80 decorado con pegatinas, claustrofóbico. Había una mancha en la pared que encajaba con alguien que hubiese meado en la misma, tengo imágenes, es asqueroso. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Es sencillamente una estafa, la habitación debería costar 30 € la noche y nos costó 120€. Una desgracia haber elegido este hotel. Es el peor Hotel al que he ido en toda mi vida.

Prior to arriving we were advised that the lift was not working, however, we could not make alternate arrangements so when we arrived the receptionist was very helpful in arranging for my 82 year old sister in law to be on the 1st floor instead of the 4th all through the stay he was friendly and helpful the hotel location was very good being close to the historic district
